NADCAP Approved Aerospace Heat Treating and Brazing Facility
Providing heat treating and brazing services to aerospace clients for over 40+ years. Client requested a professional site re-design to appeal to a large scale aerospace / manufacturing customer base.
The new site provided the abilty for O&W's customers to log in and retrieve realtime order status and tracking/shipping information on active orders. This solution had a significant impact on O&W's in-house call volume as these customers could now get all their information online.
Other enhancements included the ability for O&W to publish key certifcation and user documentation for their customers to download from
a (private) client area.
